Fini’s Kitchens is led by Oli Wyatt, whose career spans kitchen design, contract delivery, sales, operations and commercial leadership across the industry.
Owner, CEO & Creator
With nearly two decades in the kitchen industry, Oli brings a rare mix of creative design thinking, technical understanding and real-world delivery experience.
His background covers kitchen design, social housing, private developer projects, contract management, process improvement, sales and commercial leadership. That breadth gives him a practical view of what makes a kitchen work - not just visually, but in budget, buildability, function and day-to-day life.
Rather than approaching projects from only one angle, Oli understands the full journey: how a space should feel, how it needs to perform, and what it takes to deliver it well.
Nearly 20 years spent inside the kitchen sector, from design roles through to senior commercial and contract leadership.
Ideas are shaped by real understanding of surveying, specifications, cost control, workflow and how projects actually move on site.
Experience across private contracts, developer work, social housing and contract environments brings a balanced, practical approach to each kitchen.
Strong commercial and operational experience helps keep decisions grounded, communication clearer and expectations realistic.
